19th Umweltfotofestival horizonte zingst, Germany
What a wonderful festival! horizonte zingst has come to an end, but the exhibitions remain and can still be viewed over the coming months. The winners of the latest UNICEF Photo of the Year competition are on display in front of and inside Peter-Pauls-Church. The seven-member jury selected ten photo essays from just under 100 entries comprising around 1,440 images. We were particularly happy that the photographer Arez Ghaderi (honourable mention) was able to attend the opening and answer questions from the jury chairman, Peter-Matthias Gaede. Thank you to Edda Fahrenhorst for the fantastic exhibition layout, to the Zingst parish, and of course to Epson Deutschland for their support.
