I am a freelance photo editor with numerous years of experience in the field.

I have photographic expertise, organisational skills and enthusiasm for communicating with a broad audience through magazines, papers and exhibitions. This includes reportages, documentations, science stories, historical reconstructions and travel issues with featured destinations around the world.

Since 2013, I have also regularly been teaching students in the field of photojournalism and coaching photographers individually.

I work closely with photographers and photo agencies worldwide; this includes intense briefing for photo productions, handling digital and analogue photographic materials, negotiation of fees and budgets and communication with clients. This has given me a strong sense for selecting and editing photographers’ work and the ability to technically evaluate their images for the final product, be it print or electronic.

I am fluent in German, English and Dutch.
